The Science of Breath from 1903!! I used to have an actual book, but I think I passed it on to someone that I knew would love it. So I was excited to find this pdf version that is totally shareable!
If you know me, you know I LOVE to study the breath! I firmly believe the breath can cure so many things and I practice conscious breathing daily. I've learned to measure my anxiety level, energy, etc by the quality of my diaphragmatic breathing. Yeah, I'm probably a freak...but hopefully I'm a well oxygenated one! :)
